To connect to the internet through GoSmart Mobile 4G or 5G, you will need to be within coverage, a GoSmart data plan, and APN settings. APN stands for Access Point Name and they are unique to every broadband service provider. Once you have the settings on your device with GoSmart Mobile SIM in it, restart for the settings to take effect.
GoSmart Mobile uses the T-Mobile network to provide its wireless services. T-Mobile has one of the widest network coverage in the United States.
GoSmart Mobile APN Settings for iPhone
For an iPhone or iPad with SIM capability or iPhone, head over to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network then input the settings below in order to connect to the internet.
- APN: multibrand
- Username: (leave this blank)
- Password: (leave this blank)
Use the same settings for the hotspot and LTE options under the Cellular Data Network.
Change your APN to wholesale if multibrand does not work.
You may need to restart your iPhone or iPad for these settings to take effect. Find our SIM applications on iPhone.
If this does not work, send the word APN to 611611. You will automatically receive GoSmart Mobile APN settings.
GoSmart Mobile APN Settings for Android Devices
For Samsung Android devices, navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names then Add New then input the settings below. You will find APN location for other Android devices under Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Select SIM > Access Point Names or under Settings > More > Mobile Data. Input the settings below to connect to the internet.

Save these settings then select GoSmart Mobile as the active profile. Restart your Android device for the settings to take effect.
To automatically set GoSmart Mobile APN settings, send the word APN to 611611. Save the settings and restart your Android device.

You can alternatively reset the network configuration on your iPhone. Navigate to Settings > General >Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings then reset.
To activate your GoSmart Mobile, text ACTIVATE to 611611.
