TerraCom Wireless access point name (APN) is the name of the gateway in the mobile network operator that allows a cellular device with TerraCom wireless SIM to connect to the mobile network for service provisioning or be connected to the internet. To successfully connect to the internet, ensure that you have the TerraCom Wireless data plan, an active account and be within network coverage.
TerraCom uses the T-Mobile to provide network coverage across the United States. It offers both Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity (ACP), the free mobile broadband connectivity from the federal government.

Set up TerraCom Wireless APN for iPhone by navigating to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network then input the settings below under APN and LTE.

TerraCom Wireless connection problems and troubleshooting
In many situations, deleting your APN, turning on airplane mode then remove sim card and restart your phone. Restart your phone and insert your SIM to your device. This prompts your device to reconfigure APN and other network settings.
You can alternatively reset network settings. On an iPhone. navigate to Settings > General >Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings, enter pin and reset network settings. On Android, navigate to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile and Bluetooth and reset network settings. This erases network settings, Bluetooth connections and saved Wi-Fi networks.
