APN(Access Point Name) is required for every network to connect to the internet. This is after subscribing to a data package offered by the service provider. These settings are normally installed automatically but sometimes you will need to set the manually.
For Android devices, go to Settings-> Mobile Network-> Access Point Names then add new. If you do not find this directly under settings, go to Wireless networks and internet then add the settings below, save and use them. Restart your smartphone thereafter.
For an iPhone, go to Settings-> Mobile Network -> Mobile Data Network then input the settings below. you might need to restart your smartphone once you are done.

Remember to set your proffered network, normally changed to LTE/WCDMA/GSM for you to switch between 4G, 3G and EDGE whener available, then restart your phone.
