Every cellular internet service provider like QLink Wireless requires an Access Point Name (APN) setting to connect to the internet through a 4G LTE or 5G network. They are unique to every cellular service provider. QLink Wireless APN Settings for iPhone and Android devices are listed below for users in Kentucky, Texas, California and other states in the United States.
To be in a position to connect to the internet successfully, ensure that you are within network coverage. Set your device to automatically select the available network so you do not lose connection. Also, ensure that you have an active Q Link Wireless data plan.

I have set everything up exactly like it shows and done the reset like it says to and it’s still not working. It comes up like it’s going to then after about 5 seconds it disappears and it says emergency calls only. What am I doing wrong. Can someone please tell me
Hi, it appears you are in an area with limited network coverage. Set automatic network selection.
Cannot get more than one cellular bar on my iphone 11 in my home. Walk outside to the end of my driveway and receive 3-4 bars and under -100 dbn. What can i do to increase my signal other than dropping $$$$ for a booster.
Thanks in advance….

Try setting up automatic network selection on your Q Link Wireless Phone.
My signal and data only wants to work when I mess with the sim card settings and then it cuts out.
There’s a chance your SIM card slot is loose. Check out ways yo fix the No SIM errors.
For the past 4 months or so I’ve been having an issue with my data. I have unlimited data but when I’m out and about I cant get internet so if I need directions I’m out of luck and it also messes with my messages coming through. This all started because I was having problems with MMS all of a sudden. I called CS and the guy did something that got them working but ever since my data hasn’t. I’ve called CS about this 5-6 times now and never gets fixed. I have done all of the basic troubleshooting 10x+ over and still nothing. The last time I called, I once again had to waste the usual time for the first person to try to fix it only for them to say they’re transferring me to tech support and I was on hold for a bit and when the recording came on it said my wait time was 199mins!! Needless to say I hung up and I’m so fed up with all of this and nobody able to seem to know what’s wrong and how to fix it and even more so when I’m not near WIFI and can’t do an damn thing on my phone except may a call. WHAT DO I DO? PLEASE, If anybody here knows or has any ideas I’m all ears and will try whatever at this point. Thanks in advance.
I am having the exact same issue just in the last 10 days and I’ve had to link wireless for over two years. I have contacted Customer Service, talked to the tech support specialist numerous times no one knows anything. I can receive calls and text messages perfectly but my data is not working.
worked
I also am having the same issue with my data and text not working ,i done called customer service 10 plus times over this issue and still have problems, qlink used to be great but now im thinking they are straight junk
