Once you have your MTN SIM card installed, you will need internet settings in order to connect to the internet. Internet settings are specific to service providers and are a requirement if you would like to connect to the internet. If you have an Android phone, go to Settings -> Mobile Networks-> Access Point name -> Add New then add the settings below then save and use them. You should be in a position to connect to the internet.
