FaceTime is Apple’s video calling application, you will need to enable it in order to use it.
Apple users can also make FaceTime calls to Windows and Android devices.

How to enable FaceTime
- Settings – Navigate to settings by tapping on settings app on iPhone
- FaceTime – Find FaceTime settings sections under FaceTime in settings
- Enable FaceTime – Enable the toggle next to FaceTime.
Give it up to 24 hours for it to be enabled. It takes some time.
If you have received a notification that FaceTime is not working, turn it off then on again.
You may need to re-enable FaceTime when you change SIM cards.
