H2O Wireless APN Settings for iPhone and Android Devices

Once you have H2O Wireless SIM on your smartphone, you will need APN settings in order to connect to the internet and H2O Wireless data plan. APN, Access Point Name, is the name of the gateway connecting the broadband network, 4G or 3G, to the public internet. Set them appropriately as listed below then restart your device.

This assumes you already have an active H2O Wireless data plan with network coverage as shown by the network bars.

H2O Wireless APN Settings for iPhone

For an iPhone or iPad with SIM capability and with H2O Wireless SIM installed, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network then input the settings below under APN and LTE.

APN: PRODATA
Username: (leave this section blank)
Password: (leave this section blank)

Restart your iPhone.

Change your APN to ereseller if PRODATA does not work.

H2O Wireless APN Settings for Android Devices

For your Samsung Galaxy, Oppo, OnePlus, Oppo, Huawei etc Android Smartphones and Tablets, head over to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names or alternatively at Settings > Wireless & Internet then Add New then add the settings below.

Change the APN to ereseller if PRODATA does not work.

Leave the rest blank. Save the settings then select H2O Wireless as the active profile then restart your Android device.

H2O Wireless Automatic Network Configuration on iPhone and Android Devices

To receive automatic H2O Wireless network configuration on iPhone, reset the network configuration. Navigate to Settings > General >Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings then input the passcode. Restart your iPhone then install the network configuration profile under settings.

On an Android device, delete the existing APN configuration then remove your SIM from your phone. Restart your device then insert the SIM into it once more. Install network configuration then restart your device.
