Navigate to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network then enter the settings below.

Use the same settings for LTE and hotspot options.

Navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names for Samsung Galaxy devices and Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Select SIM > Access Point Names for other Android devices then input the settings below. You can also access your specific device’s Access Point Name(APN) page.
