Devices purchased through Airvoice Wireless d/b/a FeelSafe Wireless can be unlocked by contacting customer service at 877-247-7799. Within 2 days, AirVoice Wireless will unlock, submit a request to your device manufacturer to unlock it for you or give an explanation on why they cannot unlock your device. The device has to have been associated with AirVoice Wireless for at least 12 consecutive months.
