I received the iPhone a few months back on both the plans. I have emailed and messaged the phone doesn’t work. It won’t charge. And they said I have to pay for another one. I do have it they can have it back.

I had to pay $10.01 TWICE to get the tablet offer. Only after going round and round with the Help Center about the first time I placed the order, I got so frustrated that I just started over. It was only after my friend got on his laptop and helped me sign into my account he was able to get my order done. The mobile app wouldn’t let me complete the order.BOOOOO! BUT…I love my phone, my plan, and my connectivity is 100% better than any other I have had! And to date no refund on my card, I guess on that I’m just ass-out.
Call your bank, explain the situation and try to get a refund that way. I would.

Good afternoon, I’d like to first thank you Vincent for your program. It does allow individuals to have cell service when they can’t afford it. I’ve been a giver my entire life, firefighter, nurse, first responder, just name it. I’ve never been on the receiving end. That is until now and can’t get help. I’ve applied several times with no luck. I receive snap and Medicaid and I’m on safe link and want to change to AirTalk. My cell service is turned off every 30 days with safe link and it takes me 4 to 6 days to get it turned back on. My question is if I’m approved thru SafeLink why can I not get help through your company. I need help, service, and a dependable phone. Thank you and please check into this for me.

Airtalk wireless seems to be a scam. The app don’t work the website don’t work. It logs me in but all the information is gone. But they did manage to get my debit card number. What a joke. They haven’t even bothered trying to send a phone.

i’ve tried numerous times to apply for airtalk, and i get all the way thru the application up to where you choose which government program you qualify thru and then…nothing. i can’t get past that screen. i’ve emailed customer service numerous times, they send me an automated response informing me they got my email and will respond shortly, and then i never hear anything else. i’ve tred talking to them directly thru chat, i get stuck with a chat bot that doesnt understand my question and never transfers me to an actual person. i call customer service and get some poor kid in India that barely speaks english who just keeps telling me, “we have high server traffic. please try again in a few minutes.” what a joke.i’m starting to wonder if there’s any actual people that work for this company or if it’s even a real company at all, cuz so far it just seems like a scam to get people’s info.

I get partway through the application process. It allows me to choose what upgraded phone I want and my credit card info. Then I can’t get any further. When I try again , I again get part way then it says I can’t enroll because I am already enrolled. Then when I try to login it says I need to enroll. I’ve tried to call customer service @ the phone number they have posted but I’m told the number is no longer in service. I’ve emailed them with no response. I don’t know what else to do.
